What you will be doing

🤝 Lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Directors, setting ambitious targets and ensuring accountability.
💻 Drive outbound enterprise sales, managing long and complex sales cycles with high-value clients.
🧩 Open new markets and support the launch of new products, positioning innovative solutions to enterprise clients.
🔧 Play a key role in shaping sales strategy, team structure, and go-to-market initiatives, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

What we are looking for

🔧 Experience: 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with proven team leadership and success in outbound sales.
💻 Skills: Expertise in complex sales cycles, pipeline management, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and market expansion strategies.
💡 Mindset: A motivated, ambitious leader who can push teams, mentor talent, and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
⭐ Bonus Points: Experience in SaaS product launches, remote team management, or expanding into new European markets.
