What Youโll Be Doing
๐ค Lead and coach our Project Managers, ensuring strong performance, consistency, and operational excellence across all projects.
๐ Oversee project planning, revenue tracking per project, and support revenue forecasting efforts.
๐งฉ Handle client escalations and serve as a trusted, strategic partner for our clients.
๐ฃ๏ธ Participate in key client meetings and ensure clear, effective communication across teams.
๐ Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline how our project teams work.
๐งโ๐ผ Support hiring activities within the PM team.
๐ง Ensure smooth operations across all projects, stepping in proactively when challenges arise or when additional leadership is needed.
What We Are Looking For
๐ง Experience:
Strong background in Project Operations, Project Management, or a similar leadership role
Proven people-management experience: coaching, performance management, and supporting team growth
Demonstrated success in client-facing roles and managing escalations
๐ป Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Strong operational mindset: planning, forecasting, and tracking revenue
Ability to bring structure, clarity, and consistency into fast-growing environments
๐ก Mindset:
A self-starter with strong ownership, the ability to be firm when needed (โthe bad copโ), and a collaborative spirit that elevates the entire team.
