What You’ll Be Doing

🤝 Lead and coach our Project Managers, ensuring strong performance, consistency, and operational excellence across all projects.
📊 Oversee project planning, revenue tracking per project, and support revenue forecasting efforts.
🧩 Handle client escalations and serve as a trusted, strategic partner for our clients.
🗣️ Participate in key client meetings  and ensure clear, effective communication across teams.
📈 Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline how our project teams work.
🧑‍💼 Support hiring activities  within the PM team.
🔧 Ensure smooth operations across all projects, stepping in proactively when challenges arise or when additional leadership is needed.

What We Are Looking For

🔧 Experience:

• Strong background in Project Operations, Project Management, or a similar leadership role

• Proven people-management experience: coaching, performance management, and supporting team growth

• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles and managing escalations

💻 Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

• Strong operational mindset: planning, forecasting, and tracking revenue

• Ability to bring structure, clarity, and consistency into fast-growing environments

A self-starter with strong ownership, the ability to be firm when needed (“the bad cop”), and a collaborative spirit that elevates the entire team.
