About SpendLab
SpendLab is an AP technology company that combines artificial intelligence with over a century of Accounts Payable expertise to deliver forensic recovery audits and real-time error-prevention software.
We analyze 100% of client invoices against 450+ root causes, uncovering 40–200% more recoveries than traditional audits that rely on sampling or generic pattern recognition.
Building on this forensic foundation, we are now applying our experience in detecting complex patterns to launch SpendProof — a preventative SaaS solution that uses the latest in machine learning to identify risks before they become errors. By leveraging our deep background in AP analytics and modern AI, we’re developing what we expect to be an industry-leading platform for real-time AP control.
The Opportunity
SpendLab is in a pivotal moment. After two decades as a leading service provider, we’re evolving into a hybrid service + SaaS company, strengthening our commercial engine, modernizing our processes, and preparing for scale.
To support this transition, we’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help improve the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of our Sales and BDR operations. You’ll work across CRM data, reporting, and sales tooling, helping us bring more structure, clarity, and innovation into how we operate.
This role is a great fit for someone early in their RevOps career who enjoys solving problems, improving workflows, and exploring new tools — including AI where it can meaningfully support our go-to-market efforts. You don’t need to be an AI expert; curiosity, coachability, and a willingness to learn matter far more.
What You’ll Do
Maintain CRM clarity: Keep Salesforce clean, structured, and reliable — improving fields, layouts, validation rules, and ensuring data quality across accounts, opportunities, and activities.
Drive reporting excellence: Build dashboards and prepare accurate metrics for weekly and monthly revenue meetings, surfacing insights on pipeline health, conversion trends, and activity levels.
Own sales tooling: Configure and maintain tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Cognism; ensure clean activity sync; and support adoption through training and troubleshooting.
Improve processes & workflows: Identify operational gaps, propose practical solutions, and document scalable workflows that strengthen how Sales and BDR teams operate.
Bring innovation into GTM: Explore and test new tools — including AI where relevant — that improve efficiency or clarity, and support the team with ad-hoc operational or reporting needs.
What We’re Looking For
Early-career RevOps experience: 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar SaaS commercial role, with hands-on familiarity with Salesforce and sales tooling.
Analytical and detail-oriented: Comfortable working with CRM data, pipeline metrics, and activity trends, with a structured, systems-thinking mindset.
Process-minded operator: Enjoys improving workflows, creating clarity, and helping Sales and BDR teams work more efficiently and consistently.
Curious about modern tooling: Open to exploring new technologies — including AI where relevant — to bring fresh, practical improvements into the GTM motion.
Coachable and growth-oriented: Open to feedback, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
Why SpendLab
Help transform a traditional, reactive industry by bringing modern machine learning into AP Recovery — redefining how some of the world’s largest enterprises prevent financial leakage.
Grow with autonomy and coaching: you’ll have room to experiment, build, and own your work, while being supported by a leader with deep RevOps experience who can guide your development.
Shape how a company evolves from services to SaaS: work closely with Sales Leadership to strengthen the systems, data, and processes that power a new commercial model.
Build relationships across the business: you’ll collaborate with Sales, BDR, Operations, BI, and Leadership, giving you broad exposure and influence on how teams operate.
Join a culture that values clarity, structure, accountability, and steady improvement, where coachability and curiosity are recognized and rewarded.
If you enjoy improving processes, exploring modern tools, and bringing clarity to complex systems — we’d love to hear from you.
