The Role

Spendlab is looking for an Operation Coordinator to join our team! It is a crucial role in our Operations department by establishing processes through the company and making sure that the performance of the teams is optimized.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement project tracking processes across teams

• Collaborate with Business Intelligence to build reporting tools

• Define and standardize cross-functional workflows

• Optimize operational performance through process improvement

• Lead change management efforts for process adoption

Qualifications

• Proven experience in process design and implementation, particularly in cross-functional environments.

• Strong project management skills, including tracking milestones and coordinating across multiple teams.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze operational metrics and translate data insights into actionable process improvements.

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for reporting and visualizing key performance indicators.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of aligning diverse teams.

• Experience with Account Payable Processes or SaaS business model is a plus
