What You’ll Be Doing

🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide reliable IT support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.
💻 Administer Microsoft and Apple ecosystems, SaaS platforms, VPNs, printing systems, and password management tools to keep our IT environment secure and efficient.
🧩 Tackle complex challenges like IT security administration, KVM management, and maintaining IT inventory while contributing to ongoing projects such as ISO 27001 certification.
🔧 Play a key role in shaping our IT operations, improving processes, documenting best practices, and proactively supporting the entire company.

What We Are Looking For


🔧 Experience: 1–3 years in IT support, IT administration, or helpdesk roles. Proven track record in troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding, and ticket resolution.
💻 Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Apple ecosystems, SaaS platform administration, VPN, KVM, printing systems, password managers, and IT security practices. Experience with IT documentation and inventory management.
💡 Mindset: A proactive, customer-focused self-starter with problem-solving abilities, patience, and excellent communication skills. Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points: Certifications in Microsoft, Apple, or IT security, and experience with IT projects or ISO standards compliance.
