🌟 As we transition from managed service to SaaS, we’re looking for a BDR Manager to lead our high-performing Business Development team—responsible for generating 70% of our sales pipeline—and play a key role in shaping our next growth chapter.

What You’ll Be Doing

🤝 Lead, coach, and develop the BDR team to consistently achieve pipeline generation goals.
📊 Set clear KPIs, track progress via dashboards, and provide actionable feedback in regular 1:1s and coaching sessions.
🔄 Partner with Sales and RevOps to align on ideal customer profiles, messaging, and lead handoff processes.
🧩 Analyze outreach performance metrics and optimize strategies for cadences, messaging, and targeting.
💻 Drive adoption of CRM and sales engagement tools to boost team efficiency.
🚀 Own and evolve the BDR playbook, creating scalable outreach strategies that deliver results.
🧠 Act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, sharing insights from top-of-funnel activities.

What We Are Looking For

🔧 Experience: 5+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in a BDR/SDR managerial role and a track record of meeting pipeline targets.
💻 Skills: Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft), strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into action.
💡 Mindset: A high-energy, resilient leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves coaching teams, and works collaboratively across departments.
Bonus Points: Experience leading a BDR function during a SaaS transition or in high-growth B2B tech environments.
