Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to manage our Serbian IT operations and ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards. This hands-on role involves resolving IT tickets, managing networks, and ensuring our IT systems are secure and efficient.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee and manage all IT operations for Serbia.

• Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications.

• Resolve IT tickets, including user account management and hardware/software issues.

• Manage networking infrastructure and firewalls, ensuring security protocols are followed.

• Handle infosec/security questionnaires from clients.

• Implement and manage MDM systems (Microsoft Intune) for devices.

• Support the configuration and deployment of IT systems.

• Manage relationships with hardware suppliers and optimize procurement processes.

What we are looking for:

• Strong expertise with Azure stack.

• Experience with SOC 2 compliance and ISO 27001 certification

• Strong hands-on experience with networking, firewall configurations, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to answer infosec/security questionnaires.

• Experience configuring and maintaining MDM systems to streamline device setup.

• Strong project management skills; ability to balance day-to-day IT support (tickets) with larger, strategic IT projects.
