The Role: 

As our Infrastructure Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Infrastructure-as-Code framework while providing expert guidance to our team of DevOps Engineers. You’ll lead architectural decisions, set the technical strategy for our infrastructure, and elevate our DevOps practices. This role is an opportunity to establish and uphold engineering standards, champion best practices, and maintain top-tier technical documentation, driving excellence in everything we build.


What You'll Do:

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of DevOps Engineers, supporting their career development.
  • Drive infrastructure and DevOps architectural decisions and set the technical strategy.
  • Establish and uphold engineering standards, best practices, and maintain thorough technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering managers and team leads to align infrastructure initiatives with business objectives.
  • Promote security best practices and ensure compliance across all infrastructure components.
  • Enhance deployment processes, monitoring, and automation for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with other technical leads to ensure cohesive strategies across engineering teams.


    • What We are Looking For:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience as an Infrastructure or DevOps Engineer, with a strong technical foundation.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), infrastructure-as-code tools (such as Terraform), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools to ensure reliability and performance of infrastructure.
  • Team leadership experience is highly valued, with a preference for candidates who have mentored or led teams.
  • Proficiency in Python or scripting languages is a plus for automation and optimization tasks.

    Our Selection Process:

    1. Application Review: Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application.
    2. First Interview: A 45-minute chat to discuss your motivation, salary expectations, cultural fit, and technical background.
    3. Technical Rounds: : Three 45-60-minute technical interviews with our DevOps team. You'll tackle infrastructure-as-code challenges, CI/CD pipeline design, and cloud architecture scenarios. We assess expertise in containerization, monitoring solutions, and automation practices. We're looking for problem solvers who can optimize deployment workflows and maintain robust production environments.
