What You’ll Be Doing

🤝 Act as the primary liaison with clients, translating technical data requirements into actionable workflows.

📊 Lead client data extraction and oversee the transformation of diverse data formats into standardized structures.

🧩 Ensure data integrity and quality standards across the pipeline, maintaining consistency throughout the lifecycle.

👥 Manage and mentor a team of data specialists, optimizing workflows and driving delivery efficiency.

🔧 Contribute to building our unified internal data platform that powers downstream teams and systems.

What We Are Looking For

🔧 Experience: 5+ years in data management or integration, with at least 2+ years of leadership experience.

💻 Skills: Strong SQL knowledge, experience with ERP systems (SAP highly preferred), and familiarity with data extraction methods.

📊 Industry Knowledge: Background in finance-related data such as accounts payable, expense management, reconciliation, and reporting.

💡 Mindset: A proactive leader with strong client management skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.

Bonus Points: Experience with Dagster or DBT.
